"Proven Strategies for Managing PMS and Achieving a Happier, More Stable Monthly Cycle"

Updated: May 17, 2024

Tired of feeling down and moody every time your cycle begins? Well, you've come to the right place! As a mother of 2 girls, we certainly had our share of monthly issues but I'd like to share with you some things that helped us every month.

  • With three girls in the house (me included), I thought it important to first establish an open dialogue with them.

    • Being real was always important in our home. If it was that time and a struggle, we communicated that and were there to support each other. Honestly, once we had a good system of supplements and support, most months were without issue.

  • Raspberry Leaf Tea is not only delicious with a little honey, it can really help with PMS, cramps, bloating, inflammation and digestion

    • Raspberry tea and/or supplements can help throughout the month, not just during your monthly cycle, so keep some tea available and enjoy.

    • You can also use Red Raspberry capsules if you'd like to supplement regularly. Find it in our Shop or use this link: Red Raspberry to order directly.

  • A Homeopathic remedy or Cell Salt remedy can also help tremendously!

    • Cell Salts are in the Homeopathic spectrum but use only minerals in the dilutions. Cell Salts bypass the gut and are absorbed through the mucosa in your mouth so you need less and don't have any dreaded reactions. Cell Salts can quickly supplement the body where it is lacking.

    • The mineral magnesium is abundant in the body and is used in so many systems. Magnesium is essential for muscle and nerve function and an anti-spasmatic which is why using the Cell Salt Magnesium Phosphate can be very beneficial. It's easy to take and because it's an essential mineral dosed at a cellular level, it is safe to take with medications. Put two pellets (or 3-4 drops) of MagPhos in a small amount of warm water, 3-4 times a day. It has a whole host of other benefits too!

There are certainly other natural ways to approach PMS and the various stages of our journey as a woman. Homeopathics are certainly my first strategy but I look at the whole person and consider what is best for my client. If you'd like a more detailed look into your health journey, please reach out and call our office at 689-231-4565 to schedule an appointment, I'd be happy to meet with you.
